1. Personal data

2.1 Session-Cookies
The website of the portal uses transient, i.e. not permanently stored, session cookies. 4. Data collection, processing and use for the purpose of the portal
Your organization has been invited to use this portal. The initial collection of your personal base data was done in advance by your Company Admin.
By logging in, you establish a connection to the central portal and accept the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. By linking your data with the driving and transport orders you have processed and forwarding them to connected systems. Your customer and the sender and recipient of the driving and transport orders can identify you in order to address queries to you, for example. This serves the purpose of order processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a, b, f GDPR.
The processed personal data are your name, first name, E-Mail address, your language, organization, role and your telephone number. Further personal data will not be collected, transmitted or processed in the portal.
Additional, case-related personal data may be processed when contacting us in connection with support requests.
5. Data security
We have taken extensive technical and operational precautions to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress.
6. Passing data to third parties
A transfer of your data to third parties does not take place, unless we are legally obliged to do so or the transfer of data is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship. In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the required minimum. It is important to us to process your data within the EU/EEC. However, we may use service providers who process data outside the EU/EEC. In these cases, we ensure that an appropriate level of data protection is established at the recipient prior to the transfer of your personal data. 7.2 Rights in data processing according to legitimate interest
Pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, they have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 e GDPR (data processing in the public interest) or Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR (data processing to safeguard a legitimate interest) for reasons arising from their particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on this provision. 7.3 Rights in direct advertising
